BJ Denny, who had been with the company since 2012, bought the company when Mr. Jernigan retired in 2021. BJ’s dedication to the company during the past ten years has grown the business to over $1,000,000 a year in sales and production. Miss Cindy Juett is the office manager. Cindy has been with CSI since 2016. Her dedication, expertise, and cheerfulness has turned our office into the proficient operation that runs today. Also, her home cooking is the best at staff meetings. She brings joy to all who work for the company. BJ could not do it without her. She takes care of our customers from beginning to end. Chris Odgers is our sales manager. He has been with CSI since 2018. He started as an inspector and was one of the top in sales and efficiency of the job outcome for many years. He then became our customer service rep setting all appointments for inspectors and excelled in the field for years. When BJ took over, Chris was promoted to sales manager. He now overseas all inspectors and is with the customer every step of the way from first contact to last. Chris has worked with realtors and has the understanding of the home in every aspect. Zach Doster is our production manager. Zach has been with CSI since 2016. He started as a crewman on the bottom. Over the years he has moved up to foreman and had success in that position. In 2022, Zack was promoted to inspector. In 2013 Zack was promoted to production manager. His knowledgeable and hands on experience makes him a great person to help you solve your issues. Steve Leethy is a foreman. Steve has been with CSI since 2021. He has worked hard through the ranks to learn and apply the knowledge to waterproof and do foundation repair. He is my top foreman and if you see him on your job site, you know you are in good hands. We appreciate. His consistent service to the company and our customers.
